1. About AvioQuiz

AvioQuiz ("we", "us", "the platform") is an online aviation quiz platform accessible at avioquiz.com. The platform is designed purely as a self-study and guidance tool to help pilots prepare for DGCA CPL/ATPL examinations and airline selection interviews.

AvioQuiz is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a substitute for any official aviation authority including DGCA, ICAO, any airline, or any approved training organisation. Content on this platform must not be used for any professional flight duties, operational decision-making, or as a reference in any official capacity.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or creating an account on AvioQuiz you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must stop using the platform immediately.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or at least 13 years old with parental or guardian consent, to use AvioQuiz. By using the platform you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

4. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. One account per person; sharing credentials is prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.

5. Payments & Access

• Paid plans (Student Pilot, Airline Pilot) are one-time payments that grant access for 30 days from the date of payment.
• There is no subscription and no auto-renewal. Once your 30-day access period expires, your account automatically reverts to the free tier. You must make a new payment to regain premium access.
• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay, a third-party payment gateway. We do not store your card, bank, or UPI details. Razorpay's own terms and privacy policy apply to all payment transactions.
• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Prices may change at any time; the price at the time of your purchase applies.

6. Cancellation, Expiry & Refund Policy

Since AvioQuiz uses one-time payments (not subscriptions), there is nothing to cancel. Your paid access simply expires automatically after 30 days with no further charges.

All payments are final and non-refundable. Access to premium content is granted immediately upon successful payment. Because digital content is delivered instantly, no refunds, partial refunds, or credits will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Unused days within the 30-day access period.
• Dissatisfaction with the content or quiz difficulty.
• Failure to pass an examination.
• Voluntary account deletion before the access period ends.
• Purchasing a higher-tier plan while an existing plan is still active.

In case of a verifiable technical error where payment was deducted but access was not granted due to a platform fault, contact us within 7 days and we will either restore your access or process a refund at our sole discretion.

7. Guidance Only — Not for Professional Use

All content on AvioQuiz — including questions, answers, explanations, and any supplementary material — is provided for educational guidance and self-study purposes only.

• Content must not be relied upon for any professional flight duties, operational decisions, or in any official or regulatory capacity.
• We do not guarantee that any content is error-free, complete, or up-to-date. Aviation regulations and procedures change frequently.
• We do not guarantee that using AvioQuiz will result in passing any examination or securing any position.
• Users must always verify information against official sources such as the DGCA CAR, FCOM, AIP India, and relevant airline SOPs before relying on it.

8. Intellectual Property

All quiz content, explanations, platform design, branding, and source code are the property of AvioQuiz. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal licence to use the content for your own self-study. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the platform without prior written permission.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others or allow others to access your account.
• Scrape, copy, screenshot, or systematically download quiz content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the platform.
• Attempt to circumvent access controls, tier restrictions, or payment requirements.
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage or impair it.
• Use content from the platform for commercial coaching or redistribution without authorisation.

10. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from the navigation menu. Deleting your account permanently removes all your data including quiz history, scores, and progress. This action cannot be undone. No refund is provided for unused days on a paid plan upon account deletion.

11. Limitation of Liability

AvioQuiz is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AvioQuiz and its owners, operators, and contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Exam results, career outcomes, or employment decisions.
• Errors or omissions in quiz content or explanations.
• Service interruptions, data loss, or security breaches.
• Actions taken based on information provided on the platform.

In any event, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to AvioQuiz in the 30 days preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AvioQuiz, its owners, and contributors from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, violation of these terms, or reliance on platform content for official or professional purposes.

13. Third-Party Services

AvioQuiz uses third-party services including Razorpay (payment processing) and Supabase (data infrastructure). We are not responsible for outages, data breaches, or policy changes at these third-party providers. Their respective terms of service and privacy policies apply to their services.

14. Content Availability

We reserve the right to add, modify, or remove quiz content, categories, or features at any time without prior notice. Access to specific tiers or content may change. We may discontinue the platform entirely with reasonable notice.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, without prior notice or refund, if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or misused the platform.

16. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government orders, internet or infrastructure failures, server outages, or cyberattacks.

17. Modifications to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the platform or email. Continued use of AvioQuiz after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

18. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of AvioQuiz shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India. Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us.

19. Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AvioQuiz regarding your use of the platform.
