Chimes lists ADAPT, an IndiGo group task and personal interview. Skyborne names Symbiotics aptitude, English and personality assessment before GD and PI. Use your partner's instructions to establish the platform and stages.
Garuda and Insight describe a provider interview or feedback stage before airline group assessment and PI. Marigold's fact sheet names an ADAPT suite. These details do not establish one universal test battery.

I want to become a pilot because I enjoy understanding how things work and applying that understanding carefully. During a school physics project, explaining forces on a model aircraft made me curious about the decisions and preparation behind a flight. Reading about pilot training developed that interest further: the combination of technical learning, practical skill and responsibility appeals to me.
