ADAPT pilot aptitude test preparation
ADAPT is Symbiotics’ assessment platform for aviation selection. Pilot aptitude preparation covers reasoning, knowledge, control and work style. FAST, reasoning, co-ordination and subject knowledge call for different kinds of preparation: learning a calculation method, managing overlapping tasks, and controlling movement are separate skills.
AvioQuiz brings three independent practice modules together. Use FAST for monitoring and recall under load, the psychometric module for English, maths, physics and reasoning, and ball and rudder for control and co-ordination. Start with a baseline, focus on a weakness, then return to a complete session.

A seven-day pilot aptitude practice plan
Use this as a starting routine, then adjust it to the time you have and the skills in your selection notice.
Day 1: understand the task and take a baseline
Read your assessment invitation, check the equipment, and work through the module instructions. Complete your available FAST session and record the errors you can explain.
Days 2–4: practise the weakest skill
Work through a maths or reasoning section, use fresh recall exercises, or separate the control axes. Keep an error log with the cause of the mistake and the method you will try next.
Days 5–6: combine and compare
With an ADAPT Pass, return to full sessions at comparable settings. Change one habit at a time and compare accuracy, missed tasks and control rather than chasing one headline score.
Day 7: review and prepare your setup
Summarise the topics that still need work. Check the actual provider’s rules, timings and allowed equipment. Arrive with a familiar preparation routine and realistic expectations about your practice feedback.
Preparing for an IndiGo cadet ADAPT assessment?
The Chimes–IndiGo cadet selection route includes ADAPT, a group task and a personal interview. Check the current notice for the training partner and intake you applied to; avoid assuming that every cadet route uses the same assessment battery.

Is this the official ADAPT assessment?
This is independent AvioQuiz practice for similar pilot selection skills. It is not affiliated with IndiGo, Symbiotics or an assessment provider.
When do my 30 days begin?
Access begins when payment is confirmed. A renewal adds 30 days to any remaining active access.
Where are my psychometric results saved?
Completed sections and results are saved in this browser on this device. You can review answers and print a report from the assessment. They are separate from your quiz dashboard.
